Data Deletion Instructions

AdsForge respects your right to control your data. You can request deletion of your data at any time using the methods described below.

What Data We Store

When you use AdsForge, we store:

• Your account information (name, email)
• Your Meta Ads account connection and access tokens
• Cached ad performance data and analytics
• AI-generated ad copy and creative assets
• Configuration settings (COGS, alert preferences, scheduler settings)
• Product catalog data from your connected store

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Self-Service (In-Dashboard)

This immediately disconnects your Meta Ads account and schedules all your data for permanent deletion within 30 days.

Option 2: Email Request

Send a data deletion request to:

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 5 business days.

Option 3: Disconnect Meta Account Only

If you want to keep your AdsForge account but remove Meta access:

1. Go to your Facebook Business Integrations settings
2. Find "AdsForge" in the list
3. Click Remove

This revokes our access to your Meta Ads data. Any cached Meta data in AdsForge will be deleted within 24 hours.

What Gets Deleted

Upon account deletion, we permanently remove:

• Your account credentials and profile
• All Meta Ads connection data and cached performance metrics
• All stored API keys and access tokens
• AI-generated content and creative assets
• Configuration data (COGS, alerts, schedules)
• Product catalog cache
• All analytics and reporting data

What We May Retain

After deletion, we may retain only:

• Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics (no personal data)
• Records required for legal or tax compliance
• Billing transaction records (as required by law)

Deletion Timeline

• Immediate: Account access revoked, Meta connection disconnected
• Within 24 hours: Cached Meta data purged
• Within 30 days: All personal data permanently deleted from active systems
• Within 90 days: Data removed from backup systems

Facebook/Meta Data Deletion Callback

When you remove AdsForge from your Facebook Business Integrations, Facebook sends us a deletion callback. We automatically process this callback and delete all data associated with your Facebook User ID within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation URL to check the status of your deletion request.
