AdsForge ("we", "our", "us") operates the adsforge.tech website and SaaS platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

Connected Services: When you connect your Meta (Facebook) Ads account, we access your ad account data including campaigns, ad sets, ads, performance metrics, and creative assets through the Meta Marketing API. We access only the data necessary to provide our services.

Store Data: If you connect your e-commerce store (WooCommerce, Shopify, etc.), we access your product catalog including product names, prices, images, and URLs to enable ad creation features.

API Keys: If you provide third-party API keys (for AI models, image generation, etc.), these are stored encrypted and used solely to call those services on your behalf.

Usage Data: We collect standard log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve AdsForge services
• To manage your ad campaigns, generate ad copy, and create creative assets as directed by you
• To display performance analytics and optimization recommendations
• To send you alerts and notifications you have configured (e.g., Telegram alerts)
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To communicate with you about service updates and support

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:

• Third-party APIs: When you use AI-powered features, your ad copy and product data is sent to the AI provider you selected (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) for processing. Each provider's privacy policy applies to that data.
• Meta Platform: We interact with Meta's APIs to manage your ad campaigns as authorized by you.
• Service Providers: We use hosting, payment, and infrastructure providers necessary to operate the platform.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and connected service data for as long as your account is active. Performance data and analytics are retained for up to 12 months. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL), encryption of sensitive data at rest (API keys, tokens), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Meta Platform Data

Our use of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies. We:

• Only access data that you explicitly authorize
• Do not sell Meta user data to third parties
• Do not use Meta data for purposes unrelated to providing our services
• Delete Meta data when you disconnect your account or when required by Meta
• Provide a mechanism for data deletion upon request

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytics cookies are optional and can be declined.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international data transfers.

AdsForge is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
